Aloo Paratha is a Famous flatbreads in Indian Cuisine.


Ingredients: – Wheat Flour – Oil – Potatoes(Boiled) – Onion – Green Chillie – Coriander Leave – Gheee – Red Chilli Powder – Salt – Dry Mango Powder – Garam Masala – Turmeric Powder Preparation Method: – Take 2 cups of wheat flour – add oil and crumble it – then add water slowly and knead a dough and let it rest for 10–15 min.

(Make Potatoes Masala): – Take a Mixing Bowl – add chopped onions and green hillie – Boiled Potatoes and Coriander Leave – Add Turmeric Powder, REd chilli Powder, Salt – Dry mango powder, Garam masala and mix it – Masala as a stuffing is ready Cooking Method: Now take a Part of dough and make ball apply sasame seeds and coriander leaves as shown in video then roll and apply some oil add stuffing and by doing in and out roll it nicely and then take a pan apply ghee, and put it on Pan let it cook then flip it and the Paratha is Ready You can enjoy aloo ka paratha with curd or chutney
