Veg Fried Rice Recipe: Steps to make Veg Fried Rice Recipe-

  • Take a Pan, add some oil in it.
  • in high flamed oil, put 3 small cutted Green Chillies, 2 inch Ginger, 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • Add 1 large chopped Onion in it, cook all for 3 min.,
  • let the onions got lightly pink not brown,
  • add 1 cutted carrot and Capsicum
  • add 1/2 t.sp Salt in it
  • saute it for 2 min. on high flame only
  • add 1 Tb.spn. Green Chilli Sauce, 1 Tb.spn. Red Chilli Sauce and 2 T.sp Soya Sauce, Mix it nicely
  • then add boiled basmati rice in it.
  • then add Chopped Spring onion Greens with 1/2 T.sp Black Pepper Powder on it.
  • add 2 T.sp White Vinegar and some onions greens and mix all.
  • Vegetable\Chinese Fried Rice is Ready.

If you don’t have onion greens, you can replace it with Coriander and your Veg. Fried Rice is Ready.


  • 3 Green Chillies

  • 1 carrot and 1 capsicum
  • Green Chilli sauce
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Boiled basmati rice
  • spring onion greens(if not coriander leaves are fine)
  • Black pepper powder
  • white vinegar
