Ingredients:

Overnight Soaked Soyabean and rice

Onions

Salt

Green Chillies

Black pepper

Chaat masala(optional)

Cumin Seeds

asafoetida

curry leaves

Mustard Seeds

Oil

Cheese(optional if don’t want to make cheese appe)

Soda

Preparation Method:

  1. Grind Overnight soaked soyabean and rice
  2. transfer it in a bowl or something and cover it for 5 minutes
  3. after 5 min, open it
  4. add salt, onions chopped and green chillies
  5. and baking soda
  6. add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves in oil in tadka pan
  7. give tadka in appe batter
  8. take a appe container
  9. add a little oil in all
  10. add batter and appe are ready
