Ragi malt smoothie

Ragi Smoothie Recipe:

  • Mix 3-4 tsp of Ragi flour with a litlle bit of water, enough to make a paste
  • take a tea pan
  • add 1 cup of water, boil it
  • add salt
  • add the ragi paste
  • cook for 2-3 mins. and let it cool
  • add 1/2 lemon juice
  • add yogurt(50 gm)
