Ingredients:

Moong

Oats

Salt

Red chilli Powder

Chaat Masala(Optional)

Ginger

Green Chilli chopped

Oil

Preparation Method:

  1. Soak Oats and Moong overnight
  2. Grind both including green chillies and ginger
  3. Add cumin powder, Chaat Masala and salt in batter
  4. Take a Pan, Add a little oil
  5. Put some batter and spread it on pan on hot tava
  6. Flip once it is done
  7. on the same side, add chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies
  8. apply ketchup or chutney if you want.
