Ingredients:

Chopped Fenugreek(Washed)

Gramflour

Sesame Seeds(optional)

Raw Peanuts

Salt

Red chilli powder

oil

Cumin Seeds

asafoetida

Chopped Garlic

Chopped Onions

Chopped Tomatoes

Cumin Powder(Optional)

Preparation Method:

  1. Add oil in a pan or Kadhai
  2. add asafoetida
  3. add cumin seeds
  4. add washed and chopped fenugreek for 2-3 minutes
  5. move it to other plate
  6. then roast gram flour, sesame seeds(optional) and raw Peanuts
  7. Grind the 3 by adding water
  8. paste is ready
  9. take same pan/kadhai
  10. add oil
  11. asafoetida
  12. cumin seeds
  13. chopped garlic
  14. color changes, add onions
  15. then mix it properly
  16. add chopped tomatoes
  17. mix it nice
  18. add that paste
  19. add water as gram flour soak water
  20. mix them properly
  21. add salt , red chilly powder and cumin powder
  22. mix them up
  23. add fenugreek
  24. mix all of them and give tadka(optional)
  25. take a tadka pan, add oil and chopped garlic
  26. put in that kadhai.
  27. ready to serve..
