Flax seeds are very important for our health as it plays very imp. role in digestion, also it keeps us away from many diseases. so lets include flaxseeds chutney daily in our food. so here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

Flax seeds

Groundnuts

Sesame Seeds

Spices(Salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala)

Method of making Flaxseeds Chutney:

  • take a pan, add groundnuts
  • and roast
  • add flax seeds, roast it also,
  • then add sesame seeds and roast it too
  • Don’t roast over, roast gently
  • let it cool
  • then grind it
  • Let it cool again
  • then add Spices
  • Salt, Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Mix it
  • and its ready
  • Transfer it in a Glass jar or something
