Indori Poha By Easycookingwords

Ingredients:

Flattened rice(Poha)-100 gm (2 cup)

Peanuts (moongfali/shingdana)-50 gm (1/2 cup)

Chopped onion-2 (medium)

Green chilli (slit)-2 to 3

Green Peas(Optional)

Potato(Optional)

Lemon juice-2 tbsp

Curry leaves-15 to 17

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2

tsp Sugar-1/2 tsp (optional)

Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp

Salt to taste

Cooking oil-3 to 4 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves

Aloo bhujiya/ sev for garnish

Preparation Of Poha:

  1. Wash Poha and Keep Aside
  2. Take a Kadhai or Pan, add oil
  3. Once the oil get Hot, add chopped potatoes
  4. then add Groundnuts, green peas
  5. make all this at medium to high flame so it don’t get burnt
  6. then add chopped onion and green chillies
  7. and curry leaves and mustard and cumin seeds
  8. once they are cooked properly, add salt and mix them nicely.
  9. then add turmeric powder and mix it
  10. add a little or no water
  11. then add poha
  12. mix it peoperly
  13. add Coriander leaves
  14. then add sev/bhujiya for garnishing
  15. and the Poha is Ready
