Recipe of Suji/Rava Upma:

  • Put a Pan on Flame
  • Once it gets hot, add cow ghee
  • put some 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and ginger
  • Put some chopped onions
  • add curry leaves
  • add turmeric powder
  • rock salt
  • chopped tomatoes
  • and gently saute
  • add a few cashews
  • and mix them
  • put a little water
  • add 1/2 cup broken wheat or suji into it
  • Mix all the ingredients properly
  • put some coriander on it.
