Best Cooker Biryani Recipe: How to Make Veg Biryani Recipe in Cooker? Easy and quick Recipe of rice to make in Pressure Cooker:-)

Veg Biryani Recipe
  • take 1.5 glass Basmati rice 
  • with whichever glass you are measuring you have to take water with it only.
  • Donot soak the rice, just wash them and keep it aside.
  • In Pressure Cooker, ass oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Heat on high flame
  • add 2 medium sized onions (cut in slices)
  • fry onions till golden brown on high flame
  • keep out the brown onions from cooker and add paneer cubes 200 gm, fry it slightly.. move them out too
  • add : 1 tsp cumin seeds, 8-10 black pepper, 1 cinnamon stick, 5-6 cloves, 4 green cardamom, 2 bay leaf in it and fry it
  • add 2 medium sized cutted anions till get golden brown on medium flame
  • add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 3 green chillies, mix it
  • Cut in medium size and add: 1 bowl cauliflower, 1 carrot, 6-7 beans, 1 potato(diced), 1 bowl green peas,
  • mix them well and Cook on low to medium flame for 2-3 mins
  • add fried paneer and mix 
  • turn the flame low and add 1/2 cup curd (dahi) and mix them well so it get coated.
  • Cook for 1 min. by mixing it.
  • on low flame only, add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp biryani masala, salt to taste, and mix it well.
  • cover on low flame for a min
  • After 1 min., low the flame and start layering,
  • add 1 glass of water now in it(glass which you have taken for rice)
  • add mint leaves and coriander leaves,
  • add fried onions
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • sprinkle garam masala and salt.
  • put rice on it and spread
  • put mint leaves and corinder leaves, add brown onion, 1 tbsp desi ghee, 
  • kesar milk (for natural color and aroma) on it.
  • sprinkle salt and garam masala and add water on it.
  • don’t mix it, just close the cooker with lid.
  • cook on high flame for 1 whistle, then on low flame for 2-3 mins
  • off the flame and let the pressure release by itself.
  • Gently mix the rice
  • cover for 4-5 min and serve.
