Chilla Recipe ( Savory Gram Flour Pancakes)

Besan Chilla

Healthy Besan Chilla Recipe :

  • Take 1 cup Gram Flour ( 1 cup besan) in a bowl
  • Put some water in it
  • add 1 Chopped onion,
  • tomatoes,
  • rock salt,
  • turmeric powder
  • Ginger paste
  • coriander leaves
  • mix all the ingredients properly
  • Next step is, Heat a Pan
  • Once hot, put the flame low
  • add a little bit of mustard oil
  • put 1-2 spoon of batter and spread it
  • Cook until color changes (till you see the bubbles on the top)
  • slowly flip it and cook to the other side
  • Remove and serve hot
  • Serve it with Curd with black pepper or Sauce

    Its Super Healthy and tasty breakfast. Just try it soon.

P.S: You can Customize it by adding your fav. spices and vegies.
