LACCHA PARATHA EGGROLL RECIPE:

1 sliced onion
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup cucumber
3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Vinegar
A pinch Salt
Mix well and Chill in the Refrigerator
Make a thick chapati, Apply some ghee
A Pinch Salt
A Pinch Ajwain
A Pinch Dry flour
MAke a small cut and start rolling from one side
Roll into a Paratha using rolling pin
Cook the Paratha in Pan on both sides until crisp and golden brown

Take Pan , break 2 eggs
add Black pepper, red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Green chilli (Chopped)

put some salad on it

Anda Bhurji Wrap Recipe:

Take Pan, Add 1 tsp Ghee and 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2-3 green Chillies
2 Medium sized Onions
2 Medium sized Tomatoes (Chopped)
Salt to Taste
Cook for 2-3 Min.
Add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 1/2 Turmeric powder, 1/2 Garam Masala, Cook for 1-2 Minutes
Whisked egg + Salt to taste 5 no.’s
Add the whisked egg and scramble until the eggs are cooked
spread 1 tbsp fresh coriander on it
Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger powder,
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp powdered sugar
Now, per peri seasoning
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp peri peri masala
Peri peri mayannaise
Take a bowl
break 2 eggs in it
add a pinch of salt, black pepper, red chilli, green chilli, salt to taste
whisk it properly
Take a Pan, add this batter
Put cooked Laccha parathacook on both the sides for 2-3 min.
Put peri peri mayonnaise on it in a plate
then egg bhurji
then chopped onion
fresh corainder and fold it
apply ghee on it
grill on both the sides until grill marks appear
